This platform (“Neetsi”, the “Service”) is operated by PeasTech AI Solutions Pvt Ltd(“PeasTech”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you accept this disclaimer in full. If you do not agree with any part of it, you must not use the Service.

1. No affiliation with examining bodies

Neetsi is an independent preparation and practice tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Testing Agency (NTA), the Ministry of Education (Government of India), the National Medical Commission, Aakash Institute, Allen, or any coaching institute, publisher, or examining body. All trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and educational reference only.

2. Educational use only

The Service is provided for self-study and practice. It is not a substitute for professional tutoring, classroom instruction, medical advice, or any official publication issued by NTA. Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, medical, financial, or career-counselling advice.

3. AI-generated content

Significant parts of the Service — including generated practice questions, explanations, tutor responses, summaries, and analytics commentary — are produced using large language models and other automated systems. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or inconsistent with the current NEET syllabus. You should independently verify any fact, formula, chemical equation, biological claim, numerical value, or answer before relying on it for examination, academic, or medical purposes. We expressly disclaim any warranty that AI-generated content is correct or fit for a particular purpose.

4. Past papers and third-party material

Past-paper questions, answer keys, option images, and reference solutions are sourced from publicly available materials released by NTA and from third-party study materials such as coaching-institute solution booklets. We make reasonable efforts to transcribe and key these accurately, but:

  • transcription, OCR, and image-cropping may introduce errors;
  • answer keys published by different sources sometimes disagree;
  • where we rekey a question, the revised key is our editorial judgement and may differ from the official NTA key.

For any dispute about year, paper, or correct answer, the corresponding NTA-issued document is authoritative.

5. No guarantee of results

Exam performance depends on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that using the Service will improve your NEET score, secure a qualifying cutoff, or result in admission to any medical college. Benchmark scores, rank estimates, and predicted cutoffs shown on the Service are approximate and derived from public data; actual results vary year to year.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, content, question banks, pricing, or access at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be free of bugs, data loss, or downtime.

7. External links

The Service may link to external websites (for example, coaching-institute pages, PDF sources, or research references). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeasTech AI Solutions Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of marks, loss of seat, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of reputation — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to PeasTech for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Courts located in the registered jurisdiction of PeasTech AI Solutions Pvt Ltd shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service.
