1. Ownership of the platform

The Neetsi platform — including its software code, user interface, design system, databases, original editorial content, curated analytics, knowledge-bank articles, question groupings, commentary, tags, and branding — is the intellectual property of PeasTech AI Solutions Pvt Ltd and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and applicable international treaties.

2. Third-party material used on the platform

Certain material hosted on the Service originates from third parties and remains the property of its respective owners. This includes, without limitation:

  • Past NEET / AIPMT papers, official answer keys, and associated notifications published by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and its predecessors, used for non-commercial educational reference.
  • Solution explanations and commentary attributed to coaching institutes (for example, Aakash Institute) whose published solution booklets are referenced to supplement our own explanations. Attribution is preserved where such material is surfaced to users.
  • Foreign medical-entrance papers(for example, materials referenced from Japan’s EJU, Russia’s ЕГЭ, Pakistan’s MDCAT, and the now-discontinued BMAT) used in our comparative research and analytics.
  • Trademarks, logos, and brand names of examining bodies, coaching institutes, and publishers, used only to identify the source of referenced material. No endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation is claimed or implied.

Where third-party content is displayed, we rely on the fair-dealing provisions of Section 52 of the Copyright Act, 1957 (including use for private study, research, review, and criticism) and on comparable doctrines in other jurisdictions. We do not claim ownership of such material.

3. AI-generated content

Explanations, similar-question variants, tutor responses, and summaries produced by large language models on the Service are generated by PeasTech using third-party AI inference providers under commercial terms. To the extent these outputs are protectable, PeasTech holds the rights to them within the Service. Model providers retain rights to their underlying models and weights.

4. Permitted use

Subject to the rest of this notice, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial NEET preparation. You may not:

  • copy, scrape, mirror, or bulk-download questions, explanations, analytics, knowledge articles, or any other material from the Service, whether manually or by automated means;
  • redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the content of the Service on any other website, application, channel, or printed medium;
  • use the Service’s content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark any machine-learning model without our prior written consent;
  • remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or attribution notices;
  • use the Service, its brand, or its content in a way that is misleading, defamatory, or that suggests affiliation with NTA or any coaching institute.

5. Trademarks

“Neetsi”, “PeasTech”, and associated logos and taglines are trademarks of PeasTech AI Solutions Pvt Ltd. All other trademarks referenced on the Service belong to their respective owners.

6. Copyright complaints & takedown

  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on the rights holder’s behalf;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

On receiving a valid notice we will assess the claim and, where appropriate, remove or restrict access to the material. We may also terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
